Fishing Lessons in Algonquin

My last morning on this Algonquin trip (I hope to have more) was the most magical for me, I woke to those glassy calm waters

I had been dreaming about. The air was heavy with fog and it looked like it could start to rain again at any time but I knew that

a beautiful fogy Algonquin awaited me and I wasted no time getting my canoe on the water and exploring. It was late in the fall

and I had this small part of the park all to myself, although I did share it with a friendly Great Blue Heron who gave me some

fishing lessons.
