Unexpected Beauty
When I visited Peggy’s Cove, I thought I would be taking pictures of the famous lighthouse there and I did take a few, but what really fascinated me were the rocks. These ancient rocks have been beaten and weathered by the Atlantic for eons. Add to that these green pools just meters away from the ocean, constantly fed by rain and ocean spray. In this picture I have tried to capture the rugged beauty of the rocks and the vibrance of the green ponds.
