Edge of Cypress
This shot was taken near the edge of the Cypress Hills, right where the land starts to drop away to the prairies below.
If I had turned around and taken a picture behind me it would have shown a valley covered in forest, well actually
I had taken that picture just a bit before this one. This transition zone between the prairie and the forest is right in
the “sweet spot”, it has just the right combination of tree’s, hills and rolling prairie. At least it is just right for me,
but I bet Goldilocks would like it as well.
