I was There
Man was I glad I dragged my lazy but out of bed (a nice warm toasty one) on this morning. When my alarm first woke me up the cloudy rainy weather told me to stay in bed and I almost did but the gnawing rat in my gut forced me to get up. As I set up my tripod at the edge of the pond I wasn’t expecting much but I was there (the number one rule in landscape photography), finally I was rewarded with just a bit of warm light from the rising sun. How that bit of sunlight made it through the clouds I will never know but thankfully I was there when it did.
