Impatience

I have to admit to being caught with my pants down on this evening, figuratively not literally!

The lighting had been ho hum, I was tired and having a hard time finding a composition that I

really wanted to photograph. The sun was down and I had all but given up as I slowly meandered

back toward the parking lot when the clouds started to come alive with this magnificent light.

I just had time to find this one simple composition before it was gone again. Thankfully I had

not made it back to my van yet where I would have been caught staring at the sky and cursing

my impatience.
