Hidden Beauty

FINALLY…I have hiked to this spot many times over the last six years, but was never able to be there when all the elements came together like this. It is a beautiful area hidden back in the coulees of Sasklanding, a place were I go to get away from it all and be by myself. On this morning I hiked in before sunrise and waited and waited and waited, finally the fog cleared enough to show the hills in the background and the sun weakly lit up the rocks and a few spots on the hills. Even though I have “gotten the shot”, this is one place that I will continue to visit.
