Finding Solitude

Beautiful reflections on water like this are a photographers dream, add a magnificent loon to the scene and it

is perfect. I was slowly following this loon in my canoe as it was doing it’s morning pruning, it was very tolerant

of my canoe because we were on a mountain lake that gets a lot of visitors and it was very used to clumsy humans

paddling around in their canoes trying to find solitude upon the water.

I found my solitude early this morning, surrounded by mountains, loons and magical water.
